Susan Kadi is an accomplished and seasoned real estate broker associate with diverse people skills and business experiences. She started her journey in 1989 spending 5 years in commercial real estate in the Boca Raton/Fort Lauderdale area before embarking on a highly successful career path with several large corporations, including a major airline carrier based in the Midwest over a 12-year span.

 

For more than 25 years Susan vacationed on the Emerald Coast with her family, she loved it so much they eventually decided to make it their primary residence. Her love and passion for real estate drew her back to obtain her residential real estate license again in 2015 and moved to Florida full time with her family and has been enjoying her journey in this fun, but yet competitive space.

 

Since 2015, Susan has focused on luxury real estate sales in the 30A area and has closed a host of multi-million dollar deals. Susan has been involved with the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® and has served on the Grievance Committee since 2016.

 

She also enjoys giving back to local charities and participating in community events. Susan loves working with people, building relationships and connects very well with them on the personal level and will do whatever it takes to do what is right and ethical with an unwavering sense of urgency and high standards of customer service.

 

Susan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications & Journalism from Webster University in St. Louis, MO.
