McLain Bacon has been around new construction for as long as she can remember. Growing up in Kentucky, she spent much of her time with her stepfather, a general contractor—often in his showroom surrounded by lighting and flooring samples or coloring on oversized blueprints. Those early experiences shaped her appreciation for thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Kentucky University and completed her real estate licensing during her final semester before moving to Santa Rosa Beach. She quickly immersed herself in new construction sales, beginning with a townhome community and going on to represent more than 150 new homes throughout her career. McLain brings a knowledgeable yet approachable perspective to each client she serves. Now based along 30A, she pairs market expertise with a thoughtful, client-focused approach. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Marshall, and their son, Mills, whom they welcomed at the end of 2024. An avid reader with a passion for wellness, she believes that how we live—and where we live—plays a meaningful role in overall well-being.
