Mark Hearn is a native to the gulf coast and has been selling real estate along the world’s most beautiful beaches for over five years. He served as police officer in Panama City for nearly a decade, before retiring to pursue his real estate career, and serve his community in other capacities. Mark’s law enforcement background developed his attention to detail. This gives him a great attentiveness and understanding when negotiating deals and the terms of contracts. His wife, Casey Lathem who graduated from Florida State University with a degree in marketing, helps the team to strategically market their listings so they get the best exposure possible. When he isn’t working tirelessly in real estate or assisting the Bay County Sheriff’s Office as a Reserve Deputy, Mark takes full advantage of the many activities the gulf coast offers.
