Julianca began her real estate career in another coastal luxury arena, Hawaii. Whether it was selling beachfront homes in Kailua, celebrity mountain top estates in Tantalus, or that special first house for a hard-working military family, she remains committed to serving all of her clients with the same dedication and integrity to get them to their goal of homeownership. She built her foundation focusing on delivering high-quality experiences in a fast-paced market in paradise.

 

As a professional NAR member of almost 30 years, she has continued her education and experience spanning from Hawaii to serving the metro-Atlanta market, and now Northwest Florida, while staying fresh on all market trends and real estate laws. She believes that transparency, integrity, and negotiation are integral to every real estate transaction.

 

After years of vacationing in the 30A area, she developed a true appreciation of the beauty and promise the area offers. Julianca fulfilled her dream of moving back to the beach and developed her family’s personal portfolio of investment properties in the Inlet Beach area. Many folks call the beach their happy place, and she is no exception. She looks forward to serving this beautiful and unique community. Spending time with family and savoring each moment is so important to Julianca. Her family consists of her very supportive husband, Commander James Gorski, a retired USN aviator, and her two beautiful daughters who both work in healthcare. If there is anything that life has taught her so far, it is that life is too short to not be where you want to be. When she is not working, you can find her on the sand at sunset walking her dogs with her husband.
