Julia comes to Corcoran Reverie Real Estate as a dual licensed agent licensed in Tennessee and Florida. She specializes in helping clients move to Nashville and the surrounding suburbs. She has over 20 years as an interior designer in the middle Tennessee area. As the owner of Nashville Design Group, LLC, in her role as Lead Designer, she has been able to help many clients with complete renovations or simple restyles here in middle Tennessee and along the 30A corridor in Florida. Her love of style, houses, interiors and redesign made her decision in 2021 to go into real estate a natural choice. A certified Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, Julia loves helping Nashville families purchase second homes and investment properties along 30A in Florida. She is a member of RESA® (Real Estate Staging Association) and completed the SAR (Staging & Redesign) staging course in 2016. She has been staging houses for realtors for the past few years and loves finding the hidden potential in every home. Julia is an animal lover (dog rescuer), artist, designer, realtor, beach lover, tennis player and enjoys her “zen” time walking and hiking the trails at Edwin Warner Park in Nashville.
