Jocelyn has years of entrepreneurial success as the Co-Owner of Harley’s Homes, a luxury property management company she helped scale from 5 to over 50 high-end properties. Her experience overseeing all facets of operations—including client relations, guest hospitality, marketing, and property maintenance—provides her with a refined understanding of what today’s discerning buyers, sellers, and investors expect in both service and results.

In addition to beginning her real estate career, Terry serves as the Lead Design Assistant at Bespoke Design Company, where she helps clients realize their interior visions, coordinates on-site contractor meetings, and develops curated design boards for web and presentation use. Her eye for detail and natural ability to visualize the full potential of a space further enhances her value as a real estate advisor.
