Jake found it easy to make the Sostheim Group name his own, as he was born with the name. Jake is Carly's brother-in-law and the brother of her husband, Joey. Carly started in real estate in 2020 and quickly created brand awareness and recognition with the Sostheim name. With Jake having been born and raised in this water lover's paradise, it only made sense for him to join Carly and so form the Sostheim Group to become a powerhouse brand in real estate in the Florida Panhandle. Growing up in Panama City, Jake has a vast network of friends and family that stretches from Panama City to Pensacola.
