Lisa fell in love with the Emerald Coast after countless years spent visiting family who lived here in the area. She always knew that this is where she was destined to live and made the decision to move here full-time in 2006. Born and raised in Iowa, she was thrilled to trade the icy winters for the sugar sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Starting her promising career in healthcare led Lisa to her role as the Patient Access/Revenue Cycle Manager for Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in Destin & Port St. Joe. She went on to becoming the Business Operations position at Sandestin Executive Health and Wellness Center creating a supportive and successful workplace for her growing department. With a lifelong passion for real estate, sparked by helping her father flip houses and manage rental properties, Lisa received her real estate sales license in 2014 and transitioned into a new career. She worked with DR Horton selling New Construction Homes along the Emerald Coast before joining a local family-owned brokerage where she has also represented several New Home Developments for local prestigious builders. Her real estate and professional experience provide her with a tremendous amount of knowledge about pre-construction homes, coastal communities from Ft. Walton Beach to Inlet Beach and local resources for families with children. Lisa's passion for people, and assisting them achieve their real estate dreams, is the backbone of her real estate career. Lisa always goes above and beyond for her clients and is proud of the friendships and continuing customer relationships that she has built throughout her career. Lisa lives in Santa Rosa Beach with her husband, kids and gives gratitude daily for the beauty and peacefulness that living on the Emerald Coast provides. Outside of her commitments as a Mom (including soccer, baseball, dance Mom and as Mom to an America's Got Talent audtionee!), her fabulous French Bulldog and enjoying every aspect of the Gulf Coast's enviable outside lifestyle, you'll find Lisa seeking out new travel adventures across the globe.
